- Hotel changes and cancellations must be done through the hotel. SMC/ATA cannot assist with housing.

Change & Cancellation Policy
- ALL changes and cancellations require written notification and will not be processed by phone. Changes include profile updates, substitutions and transfers. Email written notifications to Registrations@trucking.org.
- Changes: Tuesday, September 22 is the deadline for change/substitution/transfer requests. Beginning Monday, October 6, changes will be accepted onsite at the Registration Desk.
- Cancellations: Tuesday, September 8 is the deadline to cancel a registration and receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations received after September 8.

When registering online you have the opportunity to indicate any Dietary Restrictions.
Dietary restrictions include any food allergies, intolerances, or restrictions of which we should be aware, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten, dairy allergies, shellfish allergies, and nut allergies.
*We will share this information with the venue/caterer to assist with planning, but we cannot guarantee that menu items are free from allergens or meet every dietary need.
