- Registration Cancellation: Tuesday, September 30 (See Change & Cancellation Policy below)
- Change/Substitution/Transfer: Tuesday, September 16
Hotel Information
- Visit the Travel page for details on the event location and hotel information.
- There will not be a hotel booking link in the registration confirmation email.
- Hotel changes and cancellations must be done through the hotel. ATA cannot assist with housing.

Change & Cancellation Policy
- ALL changes and cancellations require written notification and will not be processed by phone. Changes include profile updates, substitutions and transfers. Email written notifications to Registrations@trucking.org.
- Changes: Tuesday, September 16 is the deadline for change/substitution/transfer requests. Beginning Thursday, October 6, changes will be accepted onsite at the Registration Desk.
- Cancellations: Tuesday, September 30 is the deadline to cancel a registration and receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations received after September 30.
