- There will not be a hotel booking link in the registration confirmation email.
- Hotel changes and cancellations must be done through the hotel. ATA cannot assist with housing.

Change & Cancellation Policy
- ALL changes and cancellations require written notification and will not be processed by phone. Changes include profile updates, substitutions and transfers. Email written notifications to Registrations@trucking.org.
- Changes: Thursday, September 26 is the deadline for change/substitution/transfer requests. Beginning Monday, September 30, changes will be accepted onsite at the Registration Desk.
- Cancellations: Thursday, September 19 is the deadline to cancel a registration and receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
- No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations received after September 19.
